The candidates we present to you have been personally interviewed; their references reviewed; and where appropriate, their skills technically assessed.
Our technical assessment is available for candidates who are in civil or family litigation, or in trust accounting. The assessment is based on the CPD courses and the desk reference manuals Law Courts Center has published.
Assessments are optional. The assessment is open book and must be completed in 2 hours. The assessments will measure, where appropriate, their knowledge of law and the rules, and their ability to communicate their ideas in writing.
The details of the assessment of a Candidate will be made available to a client firm who has confirmed that we are the agent of record for that Candidate.
